Pilates Online Sessions

Mat based Pilates is a great introduction to Pilates for beginners. These Pilates videos are suitable for beginners, improvers or anybody who wants to get back to basics. 

Each programme has its own individual membership. 

Better Backs Programme
The "Pilates Better Backs Programme" is a comprehensive and specially designed exercise regimen aimed at alleviating back pain and promoting overall spinal health through targeted Pilates exercises. This program is expertly crafted to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, who seek to improve their posture, strengthen core muscles, and find relief from chronic back discomfort.
This is a 6 week programme. There are health and safety and set up videos to start and then 6 videos for you to take part in. Do the warm up video first and then pick your workout. Then do your cool down.  The course is a 1 off payment of £10.00
