Group Classes

Pilates is a wonderful workout for your body, and for building long, strong, flexible muscles whilst being low impact.

Classes run for 45-60 mins. You work within your own ability and range of movement. Classes start at beginners, beginners to improvers and intermediate. We will sometimes use small equipment. Specialist classes included:- Back, neck and shoulder, women's health, osteoporosis and more. For more information fill in the contact form below .

Workshops

Workshops are available throughout  the year. This is a great way to gain more knowledge around your condition.  Workshops are delivered at a venue (face to face) and cover subjects like menopause,  back, neck and shoulder problems, Fibromyalgia and how Pilates can help with these. Private Sessions

Private 1 to 1 session also available at the studio.
Who is it for:-
For individuals who are new to Pilates and wanting to be taught the basics before joining a class.

​For the individual with physical issues such as injuries or post-surgery or illness and want a Pilates program designed specifically for them.

Some individuals just prefer not to exercise in a class and like the focus a regular one-to-one gives them. Please fill in the contact form below for more info.

Online Workouts

Online workouts are a great way to squeeze in a workout if you can't make classes.  You can do these any time, anywhere. Online sessions can help you reach your goals and keep you motivated. 
Online sessions can consist of a personalised programme for you to follow or you can join our members page for monthly membership options.
